Thanks for the heads up!

I noticed that this is on the X5 label, which was responsible for the The 100 Best of Classical Music deal that was posted here about a month ago.

Also Amazon has three free X5 Samplers available and a new one coming November 1st. I'll try to post links to those later.

If you like Russian symphonists, Myaskovsky is even better in my opinion, and X5 has a great double-CD for 12 downloads with a good sampling of the symphonies, a superb performance of the noble and moving 'cello concerto, and one little piano piece lost in the middle. I tend to prefer these performances to Svetlanov's, too.

Also, if you are interested in Myaskovsky, his Violin Concerto is superb. I have the fine Naxos recording on CD, but unfortunately I don't believe emusic have it.
